Where can my customers check the status of the delivery?

Your customers can check the status of the delivery in Velocipacker's web by entering Velocipacker's tracking reference. Also, you can get direct link to tracking information replacing TRACKING_REFERENCE with your tracking reference number.

Where to find order id number?

You can find the Order ID number under Your Account > Your orders at top right side of it (123-4567890-1234567).

You can also find the Order ID number in the transaction emails you'll receive after placing an order.
